Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all rent and late fees are collected and posted in a timely manner.
- Issue appropriate notices when necessary (i.e., late payments, eviction notices, etc.)
Maintenance
- Physically inspects property, picks up litter and reports any service needs to manager.
- Inspect move-out and vacancies
- Respond to service requests from tenants and schedule contractors to address concerns.
